The Osler ADR Centre

|
The Osler ADR Centre is a unique facility operating independently within a full service law firm, providing mediation, arbitration and other dispute resolution services in a range of areas. Services focus on transaction and other business disputes, international, commercial and intergovernmental conflicts, shareholder action, contract compliance/negotiation, construction and infrastructure project disputes, valuations and insolvency.
The current members of the Centre are The Honourable Peter Cory, Q.C., The Honourable Edward Saunders, Q.C., The Honourable James Southey, Q.C., Gordon Marantz, Q.C. and Donald L. Marston, P.Eng., LL.B.
Mr. Cory is a former judge of the Supreme Court of Canada and Messrs Saunders and Southey are former judges of the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario). Mr. Marantz is a former president of the International Federation of Insolvency Professionals. Mr. Marston is an experienced international construction lawyer and a professional engineer.
